DELIVERY INFORMATION

When you hand your important cargo to us, you can feel safe in the knowledge that it won’t leave our sight until it’s delivered safely. Being the only courier that doesn’t use subcontractors within the borders of United Kingdom, we have an unsurpassed track record of delivering securely, intact and on time. More than 34 hubs across United Kingdom, over 1000 vehicles and a team of around 2000 trained personnel.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery will approximately take 24 - 72 hours, unless your product is out of stock. In this case, we will keep you informed on information about your product. OCS Couriers has a tracking facility at the website of OCS. Upon completion of your transaction, you will be e-mailed with your tracking number so that you can follow your product leaving our premises all the way to your delivery point.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We have a flat rate of $ 119.00 for delivery nationwide or International. Chota DON Groups of Companies offers free delivery if you spend over $ 999.00 on any one-time purchase.
There is no charge if you want to collect your product from our premises.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
*Note: Chota DON Groups of Companies Limited. recommends that you use Our Couriers for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
