DELIVERY INFORMATION
Chota DON (Pty) Ltd has designated the services of UPS Couriers. When you hand your important cargo to us, you can feel safe in the knowledge that it won’t leave our sight until it’s delivered safely.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery will approximately take 24 - 72 hours, unless your product is out of stock. In this case, we will keep you informed on information about your product. UPS Couriers has a tracking facility at the website of UPS. Upon completion of your transaction, you will be e-mailed with your tracking number so that you can follow your product leaving our premises all the way to your delivery point.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We have a flat rate of Rand 199.99 for delivery nationwide or International. Chota DON (Pty) Ltd offers free delivery if you spend over Rand 999.99 on any one-time purchase.
There is no charge if you want to collect your product from our premises.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 5% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

*Note: Chota DON (Pty) Ltd. recommends that you use Our Couriers for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
A refund is only given if item is damaged and unopened in its original package and must be returned within 7 days of receiving it, The return should be within 14 days. A refund will also be issued in case the customer cancels their order before we have shipped the product. Refunds are normally processed within maximum 2 working days.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

Shipment tracking
Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
Disclosure of outlet country at time of payment
